Don't assume you know your wines!

They replaced the bottle of wine I ordered with a "similar product of equal or greater value"... according to Hazelton's the white Niagara wine they sent is "similar to and of equal or greater value" the red Spanish wine I originally ordered... I have to give you 5 stars for your vivid imagination!
