Gift basket for Colleague

Overall, I was very pleased with the process of ordering a gift basket from Hazeltons for a Canadian colleague who was recovering from surgery. We chose to put together a custom basket and navigating the selections and making choices was very easy, along with being able to track pricing as the basket was being built. There was a great variety of choices that were available.

The order was delivered a few days after submission.

The only reason that I did not give a 5-star rating was that I never received an email confirmation nor invoice after placing the order. When I tried logging into my account at Hazeltons, the site did not find me nor my order number. I needed to contact customer Support, and finally an invoice and order confirmation email was sent to me.

I would order from Hazeltons again.

Custom Get Well Soon Gift Basket was a Hit!

The recipient loved how personalized each item was. He loved all the treats, and specifically the Lemon Squares- he asked who the vendor was. Overall, the packaging looked lovey (so i heard). What i really enjoyed on my end was the gps tracker- visually showing me the basket's trip from production to delivery.

Beautiful gift basket with high quality products

I sent this as a combo get-well-soon/happy birthday present to my dad who had just had surgery. The wooden table tray was a brilliant touch and the products included in the basket were great. My dad loved it!
