Very pleasantly surprised!

I ordered a custom gift "basket" for my family in Canada (I live in the US). (I chose a cutting board instead of a basket...so gift package, is perhaps more precise). At first I looked at the pre-packaged items but I couldn't find one with the right combination of things, so I decided to look at the custom options, not expecting too much. I was wrong. I was amazed by the extensive selection of items available and I chose many delightful things, including a very nice cutting board, flowers, and a vase. I wasn't sure about the size of some items (e.g., the tea and the cutting board) but customer service was able to provide those details for me. I scheduled the delivery a couple of days out, and it was delivered right on time (a week before Christmas--I wanted to get it in before the mad rush right before the holiday). My family was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by what they received. Everything was *exactly* as I selected and as shown on the website (no substitutions). The cookies, in particular, where (apparently) "huge", which was unexpectedly great. Everything was arranged and packaged beautifully. The flowers were also beautiful. I have to say, based on my family's impressions, the quality and service far exceeded anything I ever expected. I will most definitely use Hazelton's again and have already recommended them to my family in Canada, should they need something similar. I should point out that my family lives close to Hazelton's so perhaps that helped. But still. Just being able to assemble as many items as I wanted was itself worth the effort. Lastly, the prices were extremely reasonable as well! Highly recommend!
