It’s never easy, sending a Christmas gift to someone in Canada. Sending by post is a nightmare.

Also, sending something like a locally sourced hamper, is doubly hard because you don’t get to taste what you send and all you have to go on is the receivers reaction.

So, finding a trusted regular local supplier is important. For me, ordering from Hazleton’s was simple with a good and varied choice available. I also like the free delivery in Canada- no hidden costs when it came to the checkout.

It arrived on time, when Hazleton's said it would, and was well packaged. Once opened, I liked the way the items had been arranged, not just randomly placed in a box. They were all displayed together wrapped in cellophane, looking like the sort of thing I wouldn’t mind receiving myself.

So, from the senders point of view, it did exactly what I hoped. Would I order again from Hazleton's? Yes, in the same situation, definitely. Having used them for the first time, untested, I think i made a good safe choice. Had i been there to taste what was sent, my three stars would probably have been four!

i Sent this to my daughter in BC for her B-Day. her and her boy friend opened it while i was on a Facetime call with them when they got it. Other then the Wine they proceeded to eat the whole board in one sitting....they LOVED it.
