Beautiful cake

My wife was so happy with the cake, she loved the package and quality of the cake.

It would be nice the cake to arrive sooner or maybe have the option to choose the time of delivery, but everything worked well.

great customer service

When things run smoothly it's easy to give 5 stars but the real customer service is being tested by situations where emotions are high and something didn't run smoothly even if it is not the company's fault.
I think this company really cares about their customers.
In our case the cake delivery didn't work out properly- The cake arrived but in what state. Even though it was my mistake by not choosing a correct form of shipment the company didn't hesitate to offer reimbursement.
Thank you very much. I learned my lesson with the shipments but I will definitely chose Hazeltons again.
